Meeting with a representative of Fordham University

A meeting was convened between Deputy Dean of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU), Associate Professor Giorgi Dgebuadze, Senior Specialist of Department of Internationalization and Academic Research Giorgi Amiranashvili, Chief Specialist of the dean's office Rusudan Tsagareli and the Director of Graduate Admissions at Fordham University Law School Martin Slavens.

 

During the meeting, Giorgi Dgebuadze highlighted the internationalization policy of the TSU Faculty of Law, emphasizing the significance of fostering collaborative relationships with esteemed US universities. The focal points of these collaborations encompassed student participation in master's (LL.M.) programs, as well as the facilitation of common scientific and academic endeavors.

 

Martin Slavens emphasized the LL.M. programs offered at Fordham University, in addition to detailing the short-term professional development opportunities.

 

Subsequently, both parties planned the prospects for future collaboration, which will help students of the TSU Faculty of Law to pursue their studies at the master's level in the USA.
